Situated just west of Robertson Blvd and north of National Blvd, in the Beverlywood residential neighborhood, the unit is just around the corner from a number of local retailers along South Robertson (SoRo). It also sits just one mile from the desirable downtown Culver City area, with many great restaurant choices, brand new office projects housing some of the leading tech and entertainment firms, and the Culver City station for L.A.'s Metro Expo line, which can take you west to Santa Monica or east to the main Metro connector in downtown Los Angeles.






The property's central location puts you roughly two miles south of Beverly Hills, six miles east of Santa Monica and 10 miles west of downtown Los Angeles. Other popular areas within just a few miles include Westwood, Brentwood, Venice Beach, Hollywood, West Hollywood, Marina del Rey, the Sunset Strip, Pacific Palisades, Melrose, Bel Air, The Grove & Farmers Market and more.

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is 12 miles to the south, with the popular South Bay beach cities of Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach just a few miles south of the Airport. Malibu is about 25 miles west of the property.

The cottage is very close to many of the largest medical centers in West L.A. These include Cedars Sinai, roughly three miles away, and Kaiser Permanente West L.A., only about one mile away. UCLA Medical Center is a few miles to the north and St. John's in Santa Monica is about six miles away.
